Just 15 minutes away from the heart of downtown Vienna -  the Ringstrasse the street with its must to see sights: the Votivkirche (a world famous neo-Gothic construction), the main building of the University, the Rathaus (town hall), the Burgtheater (Court Theatre), the world’s finest opera house Wiener Staatsoper (historically the Hofoper) the Hofburg Imperial Palace and many others.

A tram stop right at the entrance and the underground station in a three-minute walk would provide a quick and reliable connection over the city and the whole metropolitan area.  A tram number 9 goes to Westbahnhof railway station and the longest shopping street of the city,  tram number 42 goes to the historical centre of Vienna.
